A cupcake in our house is like a drop of blood in a shark tank…
Big brother tries to play it cool: Hey sis, what’s up. Oh is that a cupcake? I didn’t realize…
Oh yeah, look at that, it does have chocolate on it. Huh, cool. (Younger brother appears from thin air with silent, laser focus).
The sharks work together, more like killer whales. One distracts while the other goes in for the kill. Put the prey can’t be tricked that easily–hey what’s going on?
Get your hand off of there!
The sharks reluctantly move on to friendlier waters.
Happy Birthday Little Fish! I can’t believe you are two years old!!

Poor girl, she didn’t have a chance! Happy 2 nd b-day to the cutie pie.
I know–she never does! Thanks Alina–hope you all are well!
Happy Birthday to Becky! She’s such a cutie, and she’s going to learn to great stand-up-for-myself skills. Good for her!
Camille
P.S. Her hair has grown since I saw her last!
Thanks Camille! I feel like the kids always grow so much more over the summer. Can’t wait to get together with your girls again!
Aww…happy birthday to your sweet little girl! I had a feeling our littlest ones were close in age. My little one will be 2 at the end of August. Oh and to have 2 older brothers stalking your cupcake – she’s going to be (if she isn’t already) one tough cookie that’s for sure. I bet she handled that cupcake very well
It looks delicious!
I thought we had little girls close in age! (They will be in the same grade when they’re in school–so cute!). Becky is way tougher than her brothers which is a good thing since they like to fool with her all the time. She’s kind of like another toy to them but now that she definitely has a will of her own they are getting a run for their money! Girls are so much more with it at this age that she seems to know how to handle them pretty well…
How cute are those munchkins!!! Love how intent the boys are on watching your Little Fish eat her birthday cupcake – that is priceless!
Happy birthday to your baby girl….what a lovely age your kids are at! Enjoy
Thank you Lisa! They are handfuls but I’m trying to appreciate this time…
